Biography

Shiming Ge is a Professor with the Institute of Information Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He is also the member of Youth Innovation Promotion Association, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Prior to that, he was a senior researcher and project manager in Shanda Innovations, a researcher in Samsung Electronics and Nokia Research Center. He received the B.S. and Ph.D degrees both in Electronic Engineering from the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) in 2003 and 2008, respectively. His research mainly focuses on computer vision, data analysis, machine learning and AI security, especially efficient learning solutions towards scalable applications. He is a senior member of IEEE, CSIG and CCF. (Lab Website: https://imsg.ac.cn/).

葛仕明,博士,中国科学院信息工程研究所博士生导师,IEEE 高级会员,中国计算机学会高级会员,中国图象图形学学会高级会员。分别于 2003 年和 2008 年获得中国科学技术大学学士和博士学位, 主要研究方向为计算机视觉、深度学习和人工智能安全。曾先后任职于诺基亚研究院、三星研究院和盛大创新院,从事技术研发和项目管理工作,曾负责多个企业重点项目。2013 年通过高层次人才引进进入中国科学院信息工程研究所信息安全国家重点实验室工作,2014 年获得首届所优秀引进青年人才。 近年来,主持或参与国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金、北京市自然科学基金、北京市科委课题、中国科学院战略性先导专项、企业横向等课题 10 多项,研究成果在安防、国防、网络、工业等重要领域应用。获得 2019 年吴文俊人工智能科学技术奖技术发明二等奖,入选中国科学院青年创新促进会。在 IEEE TIP、TNNLS、TCSVT 和 CVPR、AAAI、ACM MM 等国际著名期刊和会议上发表论文80余篇。担任中国计算机学会计算机视觉和多媒体技术专业委员、中国人工智能学会模式识别和智能交互专业委员、中国图象图形学学会视觉大数据和机器视觉专业委员、全国信标委图形图像分委会计算机视觉工作组委员。担任ICML、NeurIPS、AAAI、IJCAI、ICLR、CVPR、ACM MM、ECCV等国际顶级会议和期刊审稿人。多年主讲《深度学习基础及应用》、《人工智能安全》等课程;培养学生中,2名获得北京市优秀毕业生、1名获得中国科学院院长奖。
